Dawn CafePosted by Barbara (Oakland, United States) on 5 November 2009 in Lifestyle & Culture and Portfolio. I will be away from my computer for a couple of days. I am driving up to Bodega Bay this afternoon to visit a friend. I am meeting a photographer - Matt - who I met on the web. We are going to try some shooting this afternoon. The weather is not as glorious as it has been for the past few days, so fingers crossed! This image was taken two years ago in Athens, Greece. I got up at 6 and walked the streets of the Plaka. The low morning light did an amazing job of lighting up this cafe. It is just about my favorite image from this visit to Athens. Albert from Hamburg, GermanyNice photo! I like the warm morning tones, and the texture in the wall. 5 Nov 2009 10:54am Stu from Kyoto, JapanI can see why you like this one so much Barbara, and it was definitely worth rolling out of bed early for. It's infused with a natural, warm light and rustic tones and features that I just adore. And that nicely positioned blue door...ahh, perfect. You've a great eye for sure. 5 Nov 2009 1:09pm alex centrella from California, United Stateswell done, i like places like that to shoot ! 5 Nov 2009 2:28pm Barbara Kile from Ft.
