Dawn Cafe

I will be away from my computer for a couple of days. I am driving up to Bodega Bay this afternoon to visit a friend. I am meeting a photographer - Matt - who I met on the web. We are going to try some shooting this afternoon. The weather is not as glorious as it has been for the past few days, so fingers crossed!

This image was taken two years ago in Athens, Greece. I got up at 6 and walked the streets of the Plaka. The low morning light did an amazing job of lighting up this cafe. It is just about my favorite image from this visit to Athens.

Nice photo! I like the warm morning tones, and the texture in the wall.

I can see why you like this one so much Barbara, and it was definitely worth rolling out of bed early for. It's infused with a natural, warm light and rustic tones and features that I just adore. And that nicely positioned blue door...ahh, perfect. You've a great eye for sure.
Happy hunting up in Bodega and I too have my fingers crossed for some nice results!
