An image from my trip last year to Patagonia. I keep going back to these photos and these memories. What an amazing part of the world! This is a road in Chile, winding across the plains towards the mountains. The distances are vast, the skies immense, the clouds always billowing, the wind powerful, and the people are resilient and down to earth. Everyone should journey to this land at the end of the earth. You will return to your own part of civilization as a changed being. I did.
