The Laundry, Monteverde, Costa Rica

Posted by
Barbara Lee (Oakland, United States) on 22 January 2011 in Lifestyle & Culture and Portfolio.

I have a thing for laundry out to dry when the light is great. So, walking down the street in Monteverde, of course this caught my eye, and of course I photogaphed it. Maybe one day I will start a laundry portfolio!

@Denny Jump Photo: Thanks, Denny. You are so nice to notice! I love photographing the ordinary and making it something extraordinary. Not that this is necessarily "extra" ordinary, but I am glad you appreciate it as much as I do!

I love your laundry line. I love this subject, too. Around here NO ONE hangs their clothes out to dry.
This has delightful light, color and movement. More, more, more. :-)
