It was magical silently cruising the canals of Tortuguero National Park in Costa Rica. We were out early, when the light was still soft, which made for great color and a wonderful reflection. We slipped quietly through the water, watching, waiting - for birds and other wildlife. I felt like I was on the African Queen. I would go back in a moment. I think that Tortuguero was the absolute highlight of a fantastic experience in the parks and forests of this wonderful country.
