Well, February was not a good month for me photographically speaking. I took a detour into that professional photography class at a local college - it was not work I enjoyed doing, so I dropped it last week. It took me away from my own work. Interesting, I thought I would learn some new and useful things for my own work, but I found that I did not enjoy doing studio photography - I need to be back outside. So, that's where I'm headed - back outside with my camera doing what I love.
I also love photographing architectural interiors, and when I was trolling through some old files tonight, I ran across a couple from a trip to LA last year. This is an interior shot of the Walt Disney Concert Hall. It was a 4x6, but I was not sure which way I wanted to view it, so I flipped in in photoshop. Well, what do you know! When I viewed the two images side by side I decided to composite them. So, here you have it. A bit of a creative take on the interior of this most amazing concert hall designed by the wonderful Frank Gehry.
