OK, I just had to do this. Here is yesterday's photo with some work with Nik. Specifically, in Color Efex Pro I added low key and Indian Summer. Wowzers! I love the effect. Just play, but so fun!

Funny - I was playing with Nik CEP recently. Post to come. But I love this effect with the soft golden tones. Fun to play!

I've been wondering if Nik CEP is worth the money. I don't own any of their products. Am thinking of buying Viveza2. Lovely effects!

i was looking at this and thinking that it looks very much like the previous shot - i thought it was taken as the same place but in a different season - amazing how processing can change the look and feel of a scene...

This is a lovely change to the original image. Two seasons in a few clicks---if only a program could drop leaves and add flowering, we would be even more amazed! :)) I like the angle of view here. Nice work on the image and post-processing. It is fun to play with settings to see what comes of it---to me it's the best way to learn new techniques.

Such a difference between the two shots. The software is so versatile. I like both of them. You have probably left for Europe by now-hope you have a great time. I just got back from Maine (3 hours to get there, 20 hours to get home due to flight cancellations) and the whole mid-west and east coast are in the midst of a terrible heat wave. Looking forward to seeing your images from your trip!
